About the Role

APNIC is a critical organization in the global Internet ecosystem, responsible for accurately delegating and registering IP addresses throughout the 56 economies in the fastest growing region in the world — the Asia Pacific.  We are a Member-based organization and our Members can be any organization with a need for significant network infrastructure.

Our Business Area looks after APNIC's facilities, WH&S, quality management, BCP, travel management and financials. The Business Administration Manager will report to the Business Director and the key responsibilities of the position are:

  • Manage Strategic business projects for the Business Area and across APNIC where relevant
  • Be the Quality Manager for ISO9001 and drive QMS philosophies across the organisation
  • Be main backup Coordinator for Business Continuity Plan and critical owner of the Facilities recovery team
  • Manage current and future Facilities, including co-leading a future project for re-housing APNIC to new offices
  • Manage shared Admin pool across APNIC
  • Manage Travel team, procedures, policies and expenses
  • Review and manage all Office/Admin processes and resources and make continuous efficiency improvements.
  • Be a critical part of WH&S team
  • Oversee Purchasing and procurement across APNIC
  • Work as the prime backup for the Business Director for all non-finance activities

About You 

We are looking for a polished, hard working individual with previous experience across the above areas, and who has the ability to lead and manage a small diverse team.  To be successful in the role you will need fine tuned communication and organizational skills, the ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders and be responsive and adaptive.
